You can go fishing on fishermen's boats in the lagoon and in the sea!

A very nice and kind fisherman picked me up at home and hosted me on his boat for the whole day, he showed me the secret corners of the lagoon, and took me to fish sgombri (mackerel), orate (sea bream), and Palamita (Atlantic bonito- large mackarel-)

I am not much of a fishermen really, and the fisherman was very patient with me :)
 it was an amazing experience to try the real Venetian sealife...

there are several fishermen that do that and they can take you out even at night time!

What I plan to do next is to try the famous Kayak in the lagoon: a rather healthy and original way to be embraced by the Venetian waters and
to enjoy a new prospective on the islands of Chioggia and Sottomarina!
